The hotel is well, located in a busy area with easy access to several shopping malls. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a separate toilet and shower room. to the TV, there was a tea tray with a small Chinese postcard, which was a nice touch.
The staff did not speak any English, making it difficult and frustrating to communicate even the simplest requests, like check, in or check, out. There were no international news channels on TV, only local Chinese channels.
